Or a warm drink at the very least...
Don't work with an empty stomach...
Have you refilled your water bottle?
Do drink plenty of water as well ok?
Got to watch out on your fluid level...
How's your morning coming? Is there a lot of work that you need to attend to?
Just do whatever that's within your limit...
Don't give yourself too much pressure on it...
And watch out for your back and shoulder..
Don't over strain them...
